Volunteers of the Aklatang Pambata in Bgy 129 at Tondo visited Paltok. They observed the Ateneo NSTP students conduct tutorial and storytelling sessions.
They also received 2 "balikbayan" boxes of book and toy donations from the Rojo family (of California) thru the UP Library Science Alumni Association, which was represented by its President, Eimee Lagrama and Reagan Austria. On hand to receive the donation was Bgy Chairman Teodoro Iradiel Jr and some 10 volunteers.
After a hearty lunch c/o Eduk Inc, the Tondo volunteers and some Total employees had a planning session for the library's opening this September.

We learn a lot in our visit at Paltok Public Library; About books... about storytelling... about good people... about us...about patience...about passion...devotion...about worthy efforts..., and most specially... the thought that...everything could be possible if you only believe.
